This report highlights the key takeaways from the Twitter chat that EPIC-Africa hosted on April 2nd, 2020. The event provided a platform for African CSOs to discuss how COVID-19 is affecting their organizations, new challenges they are facing, and to share resources and ideas about how to respond to the crisis while keeping their organizations strong and focused. This event was the first of what we hope will become an ongoing exchange of resources and ideas in a spirit of solidarity within the African CSO/philanthropy community. Twitter chat attracted close to 60 participants from over 15 countries and included both CSOs and funders.
