Brian Kimutai is an experienced Software Developer with a strong foundation in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software systems. He holds a BSc. in Computer Science from Kabarak University, Kenya, and he has developed a diverse skill set, with proficiency in various platforms and languages, including React, Typescript, JavaScript, Python, and more.

Before joining EPIC-Africa, Brian served as an IT Consultant with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), where he made significant contributions, such as developing internal systems used globally. His work also involved optimizing code functions, refactoring legacy code, implementing machine learning solutions, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. 

In addition to his technical expertise, Brian has a proven ability to self-manage during independent projects and collaborate effectively within teams. His work has consistently focused on improving system performance, reliability, and scalability, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

At EPIC-Africa, Brian continues to leverage his technical skills to support the organization’s mission, contributing to developing and maintaining innovative software solutions that drive positive change across Africa.
